   All projects require partial advance payment (as agreed). Work begins only after payment confirmation. Final deliverables are handed over upon full settlement.

   I’m not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use your website, ad campaigns, or related tools once handed over.

6. Third-Party Tools
   If third-party services (hosting, plugins, APIs, etc.) fail or cause issues, I am not responsible for those technical failures.
