Refund & Cancellation Policy

Transparency matters. This policy defines how cancellations and refunds are handled for projects and consultations.

  • Project-Based Work
    • Once a project starts and initial design or ad setup is shared, payments become non-refundable.
    • If cancellation occurs before project kickoff, a partial refund (up to 20-30%) may be issued.
    • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 3 business days of payment.

  • Digital Nature of Work
    All services provided are custom, creative, and digital — once ideas, designs, or campaign structures are shared, they cannot be “returned.”

  • Delays & Revisions
    Delays caused by clients (missing info, slow feedback, etc.) are not eligible for refunds.

    Revisions are handled as per the project agreement.

  • Exceptional Cases
    If work cannot proceed due to my unavailability or unavoidable emergency, a fair refund will be issued.
